Outdoor Cooking Louisiana Style (OCLS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Copes Louisiana Lagniappe LLC.   OCLS has been providing the cooking equipment needs of outdoor chefs since 1999.  Soon after opening our doors we discovered the outdoor cooking equipment we took for granted in our area was not readily available elsewhere.  We immediately began work to set up an internet site to offer our wares to the rest of the USA.  We're proud of our longstanding tradition of providing the best equipment at the best prices to the best cooks all around the USA.
