We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Outdoor Cooking Louisiana Style (OCLS) and will work hard to make that happen.

Damaged goods: Please inspect your order when it is delivered.  If there are any damages notify us as soon as possible at 985-308-0551 or email to sales@copewithit.com.  We will replace any items damaged, or the entire order as required.

Return Policy: We also offer a 100% satisfaction policy.  If an item is undamaged, but you are unhappy with the product, you have 14 days from delivery to return it for credit.  Please email us at returns@copewithit.com or call 985-308-0551 to get a return authorization number.  When the item is received in original condition we will issue a credit for the full purchase price minus shipping charges.  We can not absorb shipping charges for returned merchandise.

Shipping: We ship using UPS and/or FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, or USPS Priority Mail. Most in-stock orders ship within 24-48 hours except weekends and holidays. Tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provide. If no email address is provided we do not make any other attempt to notify you of your order progress. If there will be a delay over 48 hours from order entry before shipping, we will inform you via email.
